Limeade ...

New quilt Limeade ... finished.

My favorite of all the photos.

I had one little glitch.  When I got done I washed it and a small part of the binding came loose.  So I unstitched the binding all the way around and restitched with a zigzag.  Not quite as pretty but very durable.  It has been rewashed/dried and held up well.

Lots more pics are available in my facebook album, and it is also listed in my Etsy shop.

  2. Wonderful color choices. It is irritating when the binding isn't completely attached to all layers. Good way to fix it tho.

  5. very pretty colors Paula! I have to say that is one of my biggest fears- pulling a quilt out of the washer/dryer and having it fall apart. Glad you were able to fix it (fairly) easily!

Thank you so much for linking up to Needle and Thread Thursday!

  6. Love it and love the name!!! I have used some of this line before...so fun. I think the zig zag looks nice and will definitely hold up. I usually photo mine and use without washing....lord only knows what might happen when I do:)
